30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased from our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (stated below), you may return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase for refund, excluding shipping costs. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- How to Initiate a Refund:

- Return Shipping:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
- REQUISITES FOR RETURNABLE ARTICLES
- The item must be returned in the original packing.
- The condition of the item should be as good as new with tags attached.
- There is a 30 days money back or exchange guarantee.
- Custom designed or custom sized jackets or other product is not eligible for return.
REQUISITES FOR NON-RETURNABLE ARTICLES
- Custom made items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. These items are specially made for you and cannot be returned however alterations can be made to them after paying very nominal charges usually depending on the alteration required.
- We process all orders strictly to buyers selected size and colors. We will not be able to provide refund or exchange in this particular case. - Worn or altered items can not be returned . Jackets should be inspected upon receipt. Please contact us prior to returning/exchanging an item.
- No refund/ return will be issued to the customer ordering more than one products at a single time. This is to ideally restrict the practice of generation of a resale value and return the product in case there is no sale. This is also to discourage the practice of ordering different products for trial and selecting only one.
- Refund Processing Time:
- Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
REFUND & PROCESSING:
- Refund will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds will be processed immediately after inspection we receive your return.
- Refund will be made to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges of an order is non-refundable.
- $30 restocking fee will be deducted in case of return.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- Dispute Resolution with PayPal and Stripe:

- Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
Any request for order cancellation will be issued as per the clauses mentioned below:
- Confirm cancellation within 24 hours of order will result into a flat deduction of 5% from your ordered item amount.
- Confirm cancellation within 48 hours of order or will result into a direct/flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item amount.
- However, if requested cancellation is within a (5) days, there will be 50% deduction from the item amount.
- No requests for order cancellation will be done after (5) days of confirmation.
Each product we receive for return or refund are inspected by quality control department to determine that the product is exactly the same as ordered from our website.
If the product is somehow damaged during the shipment, only then you will get a replacement shipped at our expense. If your product is damaged, please email and specifying the extent of damage within (24) hours.
